“Having suffered with a bad back since my late teens I am used to having chiropractor sessions when things got bad as a way of alleviating immediate pain but never really any long term relief.
Whilst working in London in the New Year I felt my back not feeling great so made an appointment with Bodymotion, and saw Khalil.
Khalil spent quite a while listening to my very long history and then carried out similar ‘alignment’ techniques with what I was used to. The major difference however was that he spent as much time walking me through and demonstrating simple exercises (i.e. self-help) which week on week showed a tremendous increase in my lower back movement.
Khalil never rushed me at any time, even though we ran over a few times.
He also made a point of making our appointments less frequent rather than insisting on seeing me every week/every 2 weeks.
All in all a great experience. Highly recommended”
