Fabian discovered bodywork when he turned to the worlds of manual therapies and movement for help in overcoming chronic pain and depression. He left academia in 2011 to train as a Sports, Deep Tissue & Remedial Massage Therapist at Endeavour College of Natural Health in Melbourne Australia. During his massage training, he worked with Victorian Premiership Rugby Union side Harlequin FC, as well as in an addiction and recovery centre.
Since his return to the United Kingdom in 2012, he has worked with professional rugby league players at London Skolars RL and with corporate clients in the City. Fabian is also very experienced in working in the clinical setting with different therapists including physiotherapists, chiropractors & massage therapists. He is a fantastic team player and fits in brilliantly at Bodymotion.
Fabian is qualified in Dry Needling, Kinesiology taping, and Rock Blades (IASTM), which provide useful adjuncts to his Sports, Deep Tissue and Remedial massage. He is also a qualified RYT 200hr (Yoga Alliance) teacher, Ready State Mobility Coach & Level 1 Crossfit Coach. These qualifications allow Fabian to recommend and teach a range of techniques–stretches and mobilizations, to maintain the body between treatments.
