We believe in getting our patients back to better than they were before they were experiencing symptoms.
Pilates exercises are an essential part of this process. The Pilates method emphasises the importance of beginning movement from a central core of stability and then adjusting exercises gradually using our different length levers. The gradual progressions of these exercises help to reduce muscle imbalances and prevent the recurrence of injury.

How 1:1 Pilates Can Help You
At Bodymotion, we have a dedicated Pilates Instructor who provides 1:1 matwork instruction to help correct and refine movements ensuring Pilates exercises are performed correctly.
We also offer advice and guidance on functional rehabilitation. This is reflected in the skill set and experience of all our chiropractors and is evident in the way each treatment room is comprehensively fitted out with rehab equipment, from TRX to wobble boards and everything in between. Our Pilates and rehab programmes are tailored to the individual’s needs.
We understand that our patients have busy lives which is why we design programmes which can be performed at home with minimal equipment. We have also invested in market-leading, app-based, exercise software.
The short video clips help ensure good form and minimise injury risk whilst being convenient enough to watch on your phone.
